Old Fashioned Meat Loaf

- 1-1/2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 lbs ground pork sausage (unseasoned) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup bread crumbs finely crushed shopping list
- 6 oz tomato pasted with divided use shopping list
- 6 oz tomato sauce with divided use shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 garlic clove pressed clove shopping list
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet onion minced shopping list
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1-2 Tsp black pepper ground shopping list
- 1 Tsp sea salt shopping list
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- Combine beef, pork, eggs bread crumbs and 1/2 of both the tomato sauce and paste. Be gentle or your loaf with become tough.
- Add milk, garlic, green bell pepper, sweet onion, Worcestershire, black pepper, sea salt and soup mix.
- Place in baking dish and form into loaf
- Bake 70 Minutes
- Cool 20 minutes before cutting
- Yield: 6-8 Servings
- Also good for cold or hot sandwhiches the next day
