Sweet and Sour Orange Coleslaw

I often try to make a non mayo coleslaw when other bbq salads recipes are mayo based. This is very refreshing and a tasty change
Ingredients
- one head of cabbge shredded shopping list
- 2 carrots shredded or grated shopping list
- white vinegar shopping list
- sugar ( or Splenda ) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- orange juice concentrate shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- shred cabbage and carrot into a bowl
- In a small bowl make your oil and vinegar dressing , sweet and sour as you prefer, mixing in some frozen o.j concentrate to taste
- Add enough dressing to the cabbage and carrot mixture to moisten well but not make soggy.
- salt and pepper to taste
- cover and chill well.
