Italian Stuffed Bell Peppers

- 1 lb. Italian bread cut into ¾ inch cubes shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup water or chicken broth shopping list
- 1 cup choice of ham, prosciutto or capicola shopping list
- 1 cup salami shopping list
- 1 cup pepperoni shopping list
- 2 Tblsp. flat leaf parsley shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste or italian seasoning shopping list
- 6-8 bell peppers shopping list
- 1 c shredded italian blend cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cut peppers in ½ vertically and remove stem and seeds
- Add water/broth evenly to bread
- Combine eggs w/ remaining ingredients
- Add egg mixture to bread and mix thoroughly
- Scoop stuffing into pepper halves
- Top with cheese
- Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes.
