Roasted Garlic Italian Herb Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter crackers, crushed
- 1 pound Philly cream cheese, softened
- 1 tea. lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Roasted garlic powder
- 3/4 tea. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325^.
- Spray 6" spring-pan with cooking spray.
- Swirl crumbs around in pan to dust sides and bottom.
- Set aside.
- Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic and seasoning, mixing thoroughly.
- Fold in Parmesan cheese.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes.
- Let cool and serve at room temp.
