How to make it

  • preheat oven at 350.
  • peel and de-seed mango. cut into 1/2" cubes.
  • de-seed tomatoes and slice into cubes.
  • slice green onions.
  • chop up dill and cilantro until semi-fine
  • mix all ing. above and sprinkle with lime juice, refrigerate.
  • spray bottom of casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray
  • wash salmon, pat dry and place in bottom of cass. dish. bake for 20 minutes or until flaky.
  • serve on plate and place mango relish on top of eac salmon filet.
  • goes great with wild rice.
