Fast and Easy Haddock Au Gratin

- 1 1/2 to 2 pound haddock fillets or other firm white fish shopping list
- 1 can cream of cream of celery soup (I used reduced sodium) shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. sherry shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs tossed with 3 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange haddock in a shallow buttered baking dish. Combine soup with milk in a saucepan over medium low heat and heat through. Add sherry and stir to combine. Pour soup mixture over the fish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.Combine parsley and buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden on top and fish is flaky and cooked through.

This sounds very tasty my friend. Haddock is one of those fish that never gets old. Great post and a very high 5 forks. Yummers.
