Summer Ham Amp Potato Soup

Ingredients
- water
- 1 ham hock
- left over ham cubed
- 4 large potatoes cubed or 8 red potatoes quartered
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tub sour cream
- 1 quarter onion chopped
- 1 bag frozen brussle sprouts
- 2 tbs miced garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp peprika
How to make it
- mix all ingredients besides water and brussle sprouts in crockpot
- add enough water to cover ham hock
- let cook on low for 4 hrs on high
- 45 minutes befor serving remove ham hock and add brussle sprouts
- you could cook this on the stove if you wanted in about fourty five minutes
