Sweet and Sour Party Meatballs

- 1 pound ground round shopping list
- 1 pound ground pork shopping list
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1 cup vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 drops hot sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 green pepper diced shopping list
- 20 ounce can pineapple chunks in syrup drained shopping list
- 8 ounces tomato sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well then shape into 1” balls.
- Brown in butter over medium heat then drain well then place in a rectangular baking dish.
- Combine cornstarch, vinegar and sugar in medium saucepan.
- Cook low heat stirring constantly until clear and thickened.
- Stir in remaining ingredients then pour over meatballs and bake at 300 for 40 minutes.
