Oatmeal raisin Bars

- 3/4 cup brown sugar substitute{or Brown sugar reg.} shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute{or regular sugar} shopping list
- 1/4 cup light butter or margirine shopping list
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce shopping list
- 1 egg {or 2 egg whites ] shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons reg or skim milk shopping list
- 2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour or reg. white flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 3 cups quick oats shopping list
- 2-cups raisins shopping list
- 2 cups shredded chopped apples shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven: 350 degrees Beat sugar and margirine together Add Applesauce, egg, milk vanilla
- in seperate bowl combined Flour,baking soda,cinnamon together then add wet ingredients mix well
- stir in oats,raisins and apples
- Spread into an ungreased 9x13 pan Bake 25-30 minutes
- {If not making this diabetic may frost top.}
