Sausage Stuffed Chicken Breast

My daughter loves to fix chicken breast any way she can find and I got this recipe for her to try.
Ingredients
- Ingredients shopping list
- 4-bone-in chicken breast shopping list
- 4 sausage slices shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp seasoned meat tenderizer shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic power shopping list
- 1 large onion chopped shopping list
- tomato juice or V-8 juice shopping list
How to make it
- Take bones out of breast and cut a pocket in center of the meat,not to go all the way through.
- Take 1 slice of sausage roll up to fit in pocket
- . Sprinkle with all the seasonings(both sides) place in 9 by 12 baking dish cover with onions and tomato juice, bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minute
