Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

- 2-10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 2 tbls. flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 8-10 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 2 tbls. onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4-1 tsp. hot sauce (add according to taste) shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttered breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease 1 quart casserole dish
- Cook spinach according to pkg. directions
- Drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid
- In saucepan, melt butter over low heat
- Add flour, stirring until smooth
- Cook for a minute, stirring constantly
- Add spinach, liquid, and all other ingredients, except breadcrumbs
- Stir until smooth
- Pour into casserole dish
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
- Bake 25 minutes
