Alaska Salmon and Avocado Pasta Salad

- 6 ounces dry bow tie pasta shopping list
- 14-3/4 ounce Alaskan salmon shopping list
- 2 tablespoons French dressing shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cilantro chopped shopping list
- 1 lime juiced and rind grated shopping list
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 ripe avocados diced shopping list
- lettuce leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to package directions then drain and toss with dressing then allow to cool.
- Drain and flake the salmon then add to pasta with onions, bell pepper and cilantro.
- Whisk together lime juice, rind, mayonnaise, sour cream and tomato paste until combined.
- Toss pasta salad with dressing then season with salt and pepper then cover and chill.
- Before serving gently toss avocados into the salad and spoon onto a bed of lettuce leaves.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish then serve immediately.
