Apple Strawberry Spinach Salad

APPLE STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Carr Estate in Bonham, Texas in 1994.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon shopping list
- 1 small red onion grated shopping list
- 3/4 cup fresh bean sprouts shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries shopping list
- 2 cups chopped unpeeled granny smith apples shopping list
- 1 pound fresh spinach torn shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- In large salad bowl combine all salad ingredients and toss gently.
- Combine dressing ingredients and just before serving pour over salad and toss gently.
