Piquant Baked Fish

- 2 pounds red snapper fillets shopping list
- 1 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
- 1 teas hot sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange fillets in a 9x13 inch baking dish
- combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish
- cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, basting occasionally
- preheat oven to 375
- remove fish from marinade
- arrange fish fillets on a rack in a large baking pan
- bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
- serve on a bed of angel hair pasta tossed with butter and parsley
