- 200ml Semi Skimmed milk shopping list
- 100ml sweetened condensed milk (this is the egg replacement!) shopping list
- butter/olive oil/Low-cal cooking spray shopping list
- TOOLS- Non stick pan, Pastry Brush & Spatula shopping list
- NOTE-If making savoury pancakes, remember to use unsweetened condensed milk! shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, beat flour, milk and condensed milk till smooth.
- Heat a non stick frying pan on medium heat.
- Brush with butter/oil/spray.
- Add in a few spoonfulls of batter
- Swirl and tilt pan to creat a thin, even, circular layer.
- Cook untill golden around edge and cooked in the centre (about 45 secs) and use a greased spatula to flip the pancake over.
- Cook for a further 20 secs.
- (If you want to have simple pancakes, then the above is all you need to do, otherwise, after the 1st flip, add the filling of your choice over 1/2 the pancake, fold over the other half and cook till warmed through)
- My fav filling is chocolate chips, sliced banana and caramel sauce...

This is on the list as a must try. I think I will have raspberry or Huckleberry preserves with them. Thank you for the post!
