Chimichurri Sauce

- Yields about 1 cup or 16 tbsp shopping list
- 3/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 3 tbl red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onions shopping list
- 2 tbl chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely-chopped fresh parsley leaves shopping list
- Crushed red pepper to taste shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 2 lb Argentinean beef flank or skirt steak shopping list
- sea salt to taste shopping list
- Finely-ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the olive oil and vinegar together. Add the onions, garlic, parsley and crushed red pepper. Whisk well. Season with salt. Cover and set aside for at least 2 hours at room temperature.
