Mexican Pasta Salad

- 12 ounces corkscrew pasta cooked and cooled shopping list
- 4 ounces green chilies chopped shopping list
- 16 ounce can red kidney beans drained shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper chopped shopping list
- 8 ounce can whole kernel corn drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup celery chopped shopping list
- 1/4 red onion chopped shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Mix pasta, chilies, beans, pepper, corn, celery, onion and parsley together and set aside.
- Mix together chili powder, cumin and mayonnaise then pour over pasta mixture.
- Chill overnight and if desired add chopped tomato right before serving.
