Green onion prosciutto crudo and cream cheese appetizer

This is one of my appetizers served at family functions around the holidays. It is soooo good. I wish I could always eat it. I'll have to add a pic next time I make it. It also looks wonderful.
Ingredients
- 18 green onions shopping list
- 1 stick cream cheese shopping list
- 3 oz very thinly sliced prosciutto crudo (Raw) cut crosswise into 2-inch-wide strips (18 total) shopping list
How to make it
- Clean up green onions by washing, removing roots, outer skin and trimming tops
- Coat bottom of onion with cream cheese. As thick or thin as you want. (I make mine coated fairly thick)
- Wrap one strip prosciutto around onion and cream cheese
- Chill and serve
