Sausage with Peppers and Onions Recipe

How to make it

  • Place all ingrediaents in a Aluminum Foil Baking Pan
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 110 minutes in the oven or grill top.
  • Finish up and grill on high for 10 minutes and return to aluminum pan. Let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes before serving.

    Ahhh...nothing like sausage and pepper sandwiches. I use to wait until the NYS fair to have these, but one year I couldnt wait any longer and started making my own. Great recipe, fellow NY'er.

    Hello and welcome to this great website. I love your recipe. My aunt used to make this in an electric skillet years ago..........altho she use to add a few cut up potatoes to hers.
    It's a yummy recipe...........
