Janets Super Healthy Muffins

- 1 cup rolled oats or granola cereal of any kind shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk shopping list
- 2 Omega 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 snack container apple sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup wheat or oat bran shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup cut apple sliced thin or raisins or currants shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine oats or cereal with water and powdered milk and let sit for ten minutes.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Add apple sauce and olive oil and mix well.
- Measure the flour, salt, and baking powder on top of the wet ingredients.
- Stir the dry ingredients together lightly with your fingers.
- Mix the wet with the dry, stirring only enough to dampen.
- Fill your muffin cups. I use silicon muffin trays, so easy. No greasing required.
- Bake for 400 degrees for twenty minutes.
