Rice and Corn Casserole

- 1 lg. onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 stick butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 sm. jar chopped pimientos, drained shopping list
- 1 sm. green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 cans cream style corn shopping list
- 2 cups instant rice, cooked as directed shopping list
- 2 tbsp. sugar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Grated American cheese, or your choice of cheese shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion, pimiento, and green pepper in butter until tender.
- Add corn, sugar, egg, cooked rice, salt and pepper.
- Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 min. at 350 degrees.
