Bayou Seafood Casserole

- 1 8oz package of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 stick of butter plus 2 tbsp shopping list
- 1 can of shrimp (I also use fresh shrimp) shopping list
- 1 can crab shopping list
- 1 large onion chopped shopping list
- 1 bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 2 ribs celery chopped shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can of mushrooms drained shopping list
- 1 tbsp garlic salt shopping list
- 1 tsp of tabasco (I use more) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup of cooked white rice shopping list
- 3 cups graded sharp cheese shopping list
- cracker crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Melt cream cheese and butter
- Place in large mixing bowl
- Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in 2 tbsp butter
- Add to the first mixture
- Stir in mushroom soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab, shrimp and rice.
- Mix well
- Place in 2 quart casserole dish and top with cheese and cracker crumbs
- bake at 350 for about 20-30 min, until bubbly
