Black Forest Tortilla Mountain

I borrowed this idea from Crossfire and tweaked it to what I had on hand: Black Forest Tortilla Stack. I have to say, it's wonderful, 8 BIG servings, and only 2 points on WW!
Ingredients
- 1 (4-serving) box Jell-O sugar free instant chocolate pudding (dry) shopping list
- 1 cup cold skim milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup cold water shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups "lite" cherry pie filling (E.D. Smith) shopping list
- 2 tbsp water shopping list
- 6 burrito-sized fat free tortillas (La Tortilla Factory brand) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate sauce (Sorbee) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine pudding mix, milk and water, whisking well.
- Combine pie filling and 2 tbsp water.
- Place a tortilla on serving plate.
- Spread a layer of pudding on top, then place another tortilla over.
- Add a thin layer of pie filling and another tortilla.
- Repeat until all tortillas, pudding and pie filling is used.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce overtop the torte.
- Keep in freezer until service.
