Luscious Leftovers

This is a great recipe for that leftover Ham from Thanks Giving and Christmas Note: Amounts do not have to be exact. They can be stretched according to the number to be fed. More Potatoes and onions can be used and whatever ham is left over.
Ingredients
- 2c. cooked, cubed ham shopping list
- 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick shopping list
- 2 to 3 onions, peeled and sliced into rings shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. margarine shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 1/2 c. milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- white pepper, to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Grease 2-quart casserole dish with high sides
- Layer Ham, potato slices and onion rings until all are used
- Make cream sauce and cook until thickened
- Pour over ingredients in casserole dish and dust with paprika
- Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees or until bubbly
