Pork Chops With Orange Rice

- 4 loin or pork chops (1/2 inch thick) shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1-1/3 cups uncooked instant rice shopping list
- 1 cup orange juice shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed chicken with rice soup, undiluted shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil. Sprinkle rice into a greased 9-in. square baking dish. Add juice; arrange chops over rice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour soup over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover, bake 10-15 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear and rice is tender.
