Raspberry Cream Pie

- 1 graham cracker crust with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon added shopping list
- 2(3oz) packages of cream cheese,softned shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 (10oz) package frozen raspberries,thawed shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1 Cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 Tablespoons rum shopping list
How to make it
- Bake the pie crust at 350 degrees for 5 minutes,set aside
- Combine cream cheese,egg,sugar,and lemon juice.
- Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes.
- Heat raspberries slowly ,with the cornstarch,stirring constantly until thick and starts to bubble.
- Spoon mixture over cheese mixture and bake another 5 minutes.
- Combine sour cream,sugar,and rum.
- Pour over berries and bake 5 more minutes.
- Cool and place in ice box for 2 hours.
- Would be nice if you had some fresh raspberries,for garnish.
