Scallion Pancakes

- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup cold water shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions, finely sliced shopping list
- roasted sesame seed oil shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- soy sauce, for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the flour and water and knead until a smooth soft dough forms. Keep aside to rest, covered, for at least 15 minutes. Divide the dough into small balls depending on the size of the pancake you wish to make.
- Take each ball and roll it out into a pancake. Sprinkle with salt, green onions, and sesame seed oil. Fold the pancake and roll out again.
- Fry each scallion pancake until golden brown as you would a regular pancake.
