Spaghetti Bolognese

- 3 onions, Finely Diced. shopping list
- 4 carrots, Grated. shopping list
- 5 celery Sticks, Diced into small squares. shopping list
- 3 kg beef mince. shopping list
- 3kg Tin of crushed tomatoes. shopping list
- 1 Cup of white wine. shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons of beef Flavored Booster. shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons of garlic. shopping list
- Handful of oregano. shopping list
- Smaller Handful of thyme. shopping list
- Even Smaller Handful of rosemary. shopping list
- Half a Cup of vegetable oil. shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cook onions, Carrot, Celery and Garlic in large pot with the Vegetable oil, Oregano, Thyme and Rosemary, until soft.
- 2. Add 3kg tin of Crushed Tomatoes, then fill the tin halfway with water and add to pot.
- 3. Add white wine to the pot with Beef booster.
- 4. Add the mince and lightly break it down and stir in.
- 5. Leave for 4 hours on the stove at about low-medium heat, stirring when boiling (slightly bubbling.)
