Quick and Easy Pate

Even people who say they don't like liver love this easy spread. It is always a hit at parties. It can be made a couple of days ahead, which is a big plus during the holiday season. Recipe from the good folks at Bacardi Rum.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces liverwurst shopping list
- 4 slices bacon; cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chives; minced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter; softened shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dark rum shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together either with a fork or in the food processor until blended.
- NOTES : Serve with melba toast or crackers. Best if made a day ahead and allowed to mellow.
