Crockpot Pork And Cabbage

- #1 shopping list
- 4-6 lbs pork shoulder or roast shopping list
- 1 small onion sliced thin shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic sliced thin shopping list
- 1/3 cup white wine shopping list
- pepper & paprika to taste shopping list
- 1 envelope Sazon seasoning shopping list
- 1 tsp thyme shopping list
- 1 can beef broth shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- #2 shopping list
- 1 Large onion sliced thin shopping list
- 1 small head of cabbage sliced shopping list
- 12 small potatoes cut into quarters shopping list
- 1 leek sliced thin shopping list
- 3 carrots sliced 1" thick shopping list
- 1 green pepper cut into cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Place pork in large bowl, pour soup, wine & olive oil over pork
- Add onion & garlic, toss
- Sprinkle balance of #1 ingredients and marinade overnite or atleast 6 hours,
- Turn often
- In large crockpot, add potatoes, cabbage, and other vegetables (if you have other veggies you want to add, be creative),
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, caraway (if you want)
- Place pork on top and pour marinade over top,
- Place on low heat or 8-10 hour setting and forget about it,
- When ready to serve, I made a gravy from the juices to pour over.
- It is so tender, the meat falls apart,
- Serve with a good piece of bread,
- Easy cleaning too!!!!, One pot to clean......
