- 12 corn tortillas shopping list
- oz mexican chilie sauce [marinara] shopping list
- 8 oz canned corn drained shopping list
- 14 oz black beans cooked drained shopping list
- 14 oz montery jack cheese, plus a little more for topping shopping list
- salt an pepper shopping list
- 16 0z cooked chicken cubed shopping list
- soak tortillas in hot water to soften shopping list
- preheat 350 degrees shopping list
How to make it
- coat bottom of a 13x9 pan with about 1/2 of the marinara sauce, spread tortillas [4] over the marinara,1/3 of the corn,1/3 of the beans,
- and cheese. salt an pepper then add 1/3 of the chicken. place 4 more tortillas, and repeat this for 3 complete layers
- the remaing sauce and cheese sprinkle on top
- place in oven for 45 minutes
