Hummus with Beets

What the title says. Hummus with beets. It adds a twist to the traditional hummus and makes for a much more colorful presentation.
Ingredients
- 1/3 c olive oil shopping list
- 1 chopped onion shopping list
- 16 ounce can of beets, drained shopping list
- 1 c hummus shopping list
- 2 crushed garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 Tbsp cumin shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the onion in 1 Tbsp of oil until soft.
- Put all ingredients except the oil into a food processor and process until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle the remaining oil on the top.
