Pineapple Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting

This dessert is a better than a chocolate brownie and has the cream cheese frosting of carrott cakes! You've got to try it to believe it.
Ingredients
- Brownie: shopping list
- 2 C crushed pineapple, undrained shopping list
- 2 C sugar shopping list
- 2 C all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 t baking soda shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 t ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 C pecans or walnuts, chopped shopping list
- Cream Cheese Frosting: shopping list
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4 stick butter shopping list
- 1 t vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 (1 lb) box confectioners' sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, flour, soda, eggs, cinnamon, and nuts; mix well.
- Pour into a greased and floured 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan.
- Bake 35 minutes.
- Cool
- Spread cream cheese frosting over brownies and chill.
- For frosting:
- cream cheese and butter together
- add vanilla, sugar and mix until creamy.
