How to make it

  • Heat oil in skillet over high heat,andquickly brown the pork chops on both sides. Transfer chops to platter,and keep warm.
  • Reduce skillet heat to medium and cook onion till tender. Mix in the sugar,chili powder,fennel,red pepper flakes and oregano. Stir in the tomato sauce,water,and worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil.
  • Returm pork chops to skillet. Cover,reduce heat to low,and cook 10 mins. Remove cover,and continue cooking 15 mins or to desired doneness

    I made this for supper last night, hubby gave it two thumbs up!
    Great Flavor.!
    I pretty well followed the recipe, i did add chopped rosemary and basil because i think they go great with pork.I used my own
    homemade tomato sauce and found no need to add the water.
    I also had a pork loin out so i cut that that into small chops.
    I only used about 1/4 teaspoon sugar rather than 1/2.
    We had it over rice. It is very good and i will make it again.
