Tomato Pork Loin Chops

- 2Tbs olive oil,divided shopping list
- 4 boneless pork loin chops,pounded thin shopping list
- 1 lg. onion,sliced shopping list
- 1/2tsp sugar shopping list
- 2tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1/2tsp fennel seeds,crushed shopping list
- 1/2tsp red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1(8oz) can tomato sauce shopping list
- 2fl/oz.water shopping list
- 1tsp worcerstershire sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper. shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in skillet over high heat,andquickly brown the pork chops on both sides. Transfer chops to platter,and keep warm.
- Reduce skillet heat to medium and cook onion till tender. Mix in the sugar,chili powder,fennel,red pepper flakes and oregano. Stir in the tomato sauce,water,and worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil.
- Returm pork chops to skillet. Cover,reduce heat to low,and cook 10 mins. Remove cover,and continue cooking 15 mins or to desired doneness

I pretty well followed the recipe, i did add chopped rosemary and basil because i think they go great with pork.I used my own
homemade tomato sauce and fou...moreeastcoaster in loved it
