a sweet really moist cornbread
Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 sicks butter - melted shopping list
- 1 10oz package broccoli (chop fine thaw & drain) shopping list
- 1 med. onion chopped shopping list
- 1cup cottage cheese shopping list
How to make it
- mix all the above and bake in 9 x13 buttered dish or large cast iron pan.
