How to make it

  • Lightly grease 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Cut peppers lenghwise and remove seeds. Rub peppers on both sides with butter or margarine.
  • Put peppers in baking dish. Pour milk evenly over peppers. Add stuffing mix. Cover with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.

    My husband grew a ton of banana peppers in our garden this year,,,and i have been looking for a recipe, and this one sounds great :) But i was wondering...do u cook the stuffing mix first,,,or put it on dry? Thanks.
