Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

- 3Tbs. extra virgin olive oil plus more for the grill pan shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves,minced shopping list
- 1Tbs chili powder shopping list
- 1 pork tenderloin(about 1 lb.) shopping list
- 11/2Tbs sesame seeds shopping list
- coarse salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400. Combine oil,garlic, and chili powder in large,shallow dish. Add pork and turn to coat evenly with chili mixture. Sprinkle pork with sesame seeds and press seeds into meat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat grill pan over med-high heat,and brush with oil. Add pork and cook unntil browned and grill marks appear,2-3 mins. a side.
- Transfer pan to oven. Roast pork to desired doneness,17 to 18 mins for medium. Let stand at least 5 mins,then cut into 1/2" thick slices. Serve with pan juices
