  • SEASON WELL
  • ADD SPICEY V 8 OR BLOODY MARY MIX - ABOUT 1 INCH UPON MEAT
  • COVER AND COOK IN OVEN AT 225 TO 250 DEGREES
  • COOK OVERNIGHT OR 8 TO 10 HRS.
  • COOL AND CHILL JUICES-IN ICE BOX SKIM OFF ALL FAT RE-SEASON THICKEN IF DESIRED BY ADDING CORNSTARCH AND H2O MIX AND BRINGING TO BOIL
  • TRIM ANY EXCESS FAT AND SERVE WITH DEFATTED GRAVEY AND SIDES
