Stuffed Mushrooms

- 10 large white mushrooms shopping list
- ½ cup walnuts shopping list
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven to bake at 375 F
- Separate the caps from the stems of mushrooms. Set the caps on the side.
- Place all stems, walnuts, cheese, garlic powder and salt and pepper in a food processor and process until smooth.
- In a medium saute pan, heat the oil for a minute over medium to high heat.
- Add mushroom and cheese mixture to the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to brown a little.
- Remove from pan and fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms in a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until mushrooms are slightly brown.
- Cool down for 2 minutes before serving
