How to make it

  • Pre heat oven to bake at 375 F
  • Separate the caps from the stems of mushrooms. Set the caps on the side.
  • Place all stems, walnuts, cheese, garlic powder and salt and pepper in a food processor and process until smooth.
  • In a medium saute pan, heat the oil for a minute over medium to high heat.
  • Add mushroom and cheese mixture to the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to brown a little.
  • Remove from pan and fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  • Place stuffed mushrooms in a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until mushrooms are slightly brown.
  • Cool down for 2 minutes before serving
