Apple Fritters

Fried apple fitters are a good way to get rid of some apples in the fall, besides they taste really good.
Ingredients
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 c milk shopping list
- 1 tbs oil shopping list
- 1 c flour shopping list
- 1 tbs sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 c diced apples shopping list
- enough oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- combined all ingredients together and mix well.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown, flipping once.
- Can sprinkle with powdered sugar or make a glaze with powdered sugar, a little vanilla and a little milk for the top of the fritters.
