How to make it
- Slice the bread lengthwise
- Lightly butter with margarine
- Spread with corn relish
- Layer lettuce leaves
- Add following :
- Cheese sliced into triangles
- cucumber slice
- Tomato slice (in halves)
- Sliced cooked chicken breast
- Egg mixture
- Sprouts
- Beetroot slice
- garnish with pepper, onion, parsley or similar
