Easy Being Green Chicken Enchilada Casserole

- 12 small corn tortillas shopping list
- 1 7ounce can salsa verde (medium or hot) shopping list
- 1 12ounce jar chicken gravy shopping list
- 1 8ounce carton sour cream shopping list
- 1 to 2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 8ounce shredded cheese (your choice) shopping list
- 1 4ounce olives chopped into rings shopping list
- 2 green onion, greens only, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Pour can of Salsa Verde into small bowl, add half the sour cream, all the jar of gravy and mix well.
- Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray, spread 2 tablespoons of salsa verde mix on bottom.
- Layer corn tortillas, chicken, salsa verde mix, and then cheese 3 times. With cheese being the top layer.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly hot!
- Sprinkle green onion and chopped olives on top.
- Serve with the extra sour cream.
