How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350 deg. F
  • In a medium sized pot, saute onion in butter on medium heat until translucent.
  • Add garlic and stir into onions for another minute.
  • Add both cans of soup to the pot and stir in the vegetables.
  • Chop the chicken breast into 1 inch cubes and add to vegetable mixture.
  • Stir the chicken and vegetables until heated all the way through.
  • Roll out the pie crust and cut to fit into individual sized ramekins; one circle for the bottom and one to top, once filling has been added.
  • Spray the ramekins with non-stick spray and push one circle of pie crust up the sides.
  • Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture into the pie crust to the top.
  • Put the other piece of pie crust onto top of ramekin and seal the edges.
  • Beat the egg in a bowl with a tablespoon of water and brush on tops of pies.
  • Bake for 30-35min (until pie crust is golden brown)
  • Pierce the tops of pies with a slit to allow steam to escape.
