- 2 1/2 cups tomato or vegetable juice cocktail shopping list
- 1 cup peeled, seeded, finely chopped fresh tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion shopping list
- 3 tablespoons white-wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 large clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped, fresh flat-leaf parsley shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
