Pork Tenderloin In Mushroom Sauce

- pork tenderloin shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsps. oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 canned mushrooms (sliced) shopping list
- 1 Campbell's Cream of Mushroom shopping list
- 5 cloves of garlic (chopped) shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch mix with 3 tbsps of water shopping list
How to make it
- Rub the tenderloin with olive oil then season with salt and pepper
- Slice tenderloin according to your desired size and shape
- Pan fry or roast the sliced pork until gloden brown
- Then set aside in a platter
- Sauce:
- Saute chopped garlic until golden brown
- Add the sliced mushrooms
- Add the oyster sauce simmer for a few seconds
- Add the cream of mushroom
- Make sure it is in low fire
- Add the corstarch and water mixture
- Add salt and pepper if desired to improve taste
- Top the fried Pork Tenderloin
