Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie

- 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust shopping list
- 1 cup canned pumpkin shopping list
- 1 cup apple butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- whipped cream for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F. In a medium mixing bowl combine pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, salt and spices. Lightly beat in eggs. Stir in both milks. Pour into pie crust and bake for 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F and bake an additional 25 minutes or until set or a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature before serving. Garnish with whipped cream.
