How to make it

  • mix beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, scallions and seasonings
  • add2 tablespoons mustard and 2 tablespoons honey. mix well
  • shape into 2 loafs
  • place in pans, cover with foil.
  • to freeze: freeze and thaw in fridge for 36-48 hrs
  • bake 40 min. on 180 deg.
  • combine 2 tablespoons of honey and mustard to make a glaze.
  • pour over loaf and bake uncovered for 20 min.
  • -if frozen bake for 60 min, uncover, glaze and bake for 20 min.
