honey mustard meatloaf

- 1 1/2 kg ground beef shopping list
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onions shopping list
- 2 teaspoon scallions shopping list
- 2 teaspoon basil leaves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 4 tablespoon Dijon mustard divided shopping list
- 4 tablespoons honey divided shopping list
How to make it
- mix beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, scallions and seasonings
- add2 tablespoons mustard and 2 tablespoons honey. mix well
- shape into 2 loafs
- place in pans, cover with foil.
- to freeze: freeze and thaw in fridge for 36-48 hrs
- bake 40 min. on 180 deg.
- combine 2 tablespoons of honey and mustard to make a glaze.
- pour over loaf and bake uncovered for 20 min.
- -if frozen bake for 60 min, uncover, glaze and bake for 20 min.
