Confetti Cornbread Salad

This is a very colorful and tasty salad. Goes well with just about anything. It's best served the same day as prepared. Prep time does not include chilling.
Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce) packages cornbread mix, baked and crumbled (8 cups) shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 stalks of celery, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup pecans, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped and seeded shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients, adding the crumbled corn bread last
- Chill for 3 hours.
