Fat Free Baking Mix

- 4 cups white flour shopping list
- 4 cups wheat flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 2 tablespoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt (I use sea salt - lower sodium) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar shopping list
How to make it
- Add ingredients, one at a time, to a zipper type gallon sized freezer bag.
- Shake bag to mix all ingredients well.
- Keep the bag of mix in the fridge until ready to use.
- Use in recipes that call for Bisquick baking mix.
- NOTE:
- For every 2 cups mix used, add 1/2 cup applesauce or fat free mayo. This replaces the shortening that is in typical baking mix.
