BEEF STROGANOFF

- 1 LARGE sirloin OR round steak-CUT UP INTO BITE SIZE PIECES shopping list
- 1 LARGE onion DICED shopping list
- garlic pepper TO TASTE shopping list
- 2 TBSP flour shopping list
- 3 CANS cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2 STICKS OF butter shopping list
- 1 LARGE CONTAINER sour cream shopping list
- 2 LARGE BAGS OF KLUSKI noodles (OR egg noodles) shopping list
How to make it
- MELT ONE STICK OF BUTTER IN AN ELECTRIC SKILLET OR LARGE SAUTE PAN
- ADD BEEF, BROWN
- ADD ONIONS, COOK ALL UNTIL TENDER AND BEEF IS DONE
- ADD FLOUR AND GARLIC PEPPER, STIR VERY WELL
- ADD CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP STIR WELL AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES
- MEANWHILE COOK NOODLES AS DIRECTED, DRAIN, ADD BUTTER AND MIX WELL
- WHEN NOODLES ARE DONE, ADD SOUR CREAM TO MEAT MIXTURE, STIR VERY WELL AND SIMMER ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
- SERVE IMMEDIATELY OVER BUTTERED NOODLES
